Chouhan Industries was founded on a single conviction: that the best hardware should be free for anyone to study, build upon, and improve. We manufacture to the highest standard and publish everything: schematics, processes, and tolerances, without restriction.

The manufacturing industry has long operated on opacity. Proprietary designs, closed tolerances, undisclosed processes. We believe this model is not only unnecessary. It is actively harmful to the pace of human progress.

We started Chouhan Industries to demonstrate that premium quality and full transparency are not in conflict. That you can build things that last, share everything about how you built them, and still maintain the highest standard.

Everything we make is licensed under CERN OHL-S v2.0. This is not a marketing position. It is a legal commitment that the work stays open, permanently.
